“These appointments will be welcome additions and will assist in shaping and developing the True Bearing team.”

In addition to these experienced hires, True Bearing has also launched an initiative to help the younger generation gain experience within the financial services industry. They have recently offered university student Joe McGarvey a one year work experience placement. Joe is currently studying a Financial Services, Planning and Management Degree and will gain an insight in all areas of the business from the day-to-day work to the investment procedures.

Former retail worker, Zoe Butterworth, is also a new recruit under this initiative and joins the business on an apprenticeship scheme delivering administrative support to the finance function.

George commented: “In an increasingly competitive job market, we like to think we help the local community by offering students the opportunity to see the working world. The Apprenticeship Scheme will underpin our organic growth in the years ahead. It has been created to support the needs of our ambitious business over the long-term.”

True Bearing has been going from strength to strength since its launch in 2003, advising companies and individuals throughout the UK.
