Commercial law firm Brabners has expanded its housing & regeneration team with the appointment of Peter Barlow as Partner.
A skilled property lawyer, Peter will be spearheading the housing and regeneration team in Manchester. He was previously a senior equity partner at Hill Dickinson for more than 20 years.
Peter specialises in advising clients on multi-million pound sales and acquisitions, development agreements, Golden Brick arrangements, funding agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements, and commercial leases.
At Brabners Peter will provide strategic legal advice to a wide variety of clients including registered providers, NHS bodies, local authorities, developers, commercial organisations and other public and private sector clients.
