North-west based exhibition stand supplier Display Wizard were delighted to be nominated for the Customer Service Award at this year’s E3 Business Awards, which celebrates outstanding businesses in the north west of England.

Display Wizard supply all manner of exhibition display solutions for businesses large and small around the country. Display Wizard were amongst hundreds of entrants to be one of the finalists for the highly sought-after Customer Service Award.

Being amongst the finalists for this award was the culmination of many years of hard work for the Display Wizard team in the volatile and highly competitive industry of exhibition stand production.

The two directors of the company – Diarmuid Beary and Sally Hiscutt – founded the company in 2004 and have built up a reputation as one of the most reliable names in the industry working with clients such as the Bank of England, Macmillan Cancer Care, 3M and many more. They have also been moving more and more into large-scale exhibition stands for hire and have found there is a need in the market for reasonably-priced bespoke exhibition stands.

Diarmuid said of the company and their nomination:

“Display Wizard was created over fifteen years ago, but the last year in particular has seen the biggest amount of growth for the business – and that is largely down to the dedicated support of our customer service team. The team always ensure they meet and often exceed the customer’s requirements to ensure they have an eye-catching exhibition stand ready for their trade show or other event.”

“Our dedicated service team often have to manage customers who are working to tight deadlines for their events and need their exhibition stands with only a couple of days’ turnaround. The team make sure the customer is satisfied from choosing their product to receiving their display – which is why we have a consistently high scores with independent reviewers.”

Mubarak Chati, Director of the E3 Expo explained the function of the awards,

“Given the number and the high standard of entries, we certainly gave the nominations panel a difficult job. They have risen to the challenge, though, and their final selections represent the very best of the whole North West region. For Display Wizard to have been named as a finalist for 2016 is an achievement of which it should be very proud.”
