A lively fourteenth ‘Livercool’ Awards gala dinner saw 400 business leaders pack into the Crowne Plaza Hotel last week to celebrate the city’s best in the business.
Restauranteur entrepreneur Nisha Katona of Mowgli was the big winner, taking home the Business Personality of the Year award, whilst Agent Marketing boss Paul Corcoran was rewarded for his incredible twelve months by winning the chief executive’s award. David Wade Smith presented his chairman’s award to the owner and Managing Director of High Performance Consultancy and oneHR Victoria Brown.
Downtown chief executive Frank McKenna, who hosted the evening, commented:
“It was an incredible night with some great nominees and winners; but I have to say the atmosphere in the room made the event for me. I was particularly moved by people’s fabulous response to our tribute to Herbert Howe and Tim Bacon. As always, we are grateful to all of those who sponsored the various award categories – and hugely thankful to our headline sponsor this Year PMC Family Law.”
Head of PMC Family Law Pauline McNamara added:
“We were delighted to be associated with such a great event. As always, ‘Livercool’ celebrated and acknowledged some of the best and brightest talent we have in the city. Big congratulations to all of those who were nominated, and of course to the winners.”
