Facilities management company MSL provides a full range of reactive maintenance and compliance maintenance services to many of the UK’s well-known retail brands throughout the UK and have recently launched a new customer web portal to give customers great transparency of their maintenance activities and spend.

The new and improved web portal can be used in the office, on the go or in the comfort of your own home, with customers having the option to view on web browsers, tablets, and smart phones, with the portal displaying how company is performing against agreed KPI targets and how they’re spending their maintenance budgets.

MSL Manager Director, Jeremy Harrison commented saying,

‘We have invested in our IT development to enhance our customers’ experience. We have made search options faster, data exporting more extensive and easier whilst adding new functionality. Our compliance module is particularly powerful allowing you to view   the overall compliance status of your estate by discipline or by property. You can see service profiles and visit frequencies, view and download certificates and create an asset register for each property. A true “one stop shop” for compliance.’

As well as the web portal MSL have developed, they have also created a customer HD sleek wallboard to help customers track events as they happen live. This will highlight properties that are flagged as encountering critical and high priority issues which will be a fantastic asset to property maintenance departments.

MSL are currently trialling an app which will work as an electronic job sheet which will with a feature for risk assessments and before and after photographs. This facilities management company is one to watch as MSL have plans for future technology advancements to make company’s properties work as efficiently as possible.
