A ground-breaking new management and leadership programme for entrepreneurs and aspiring managers is coming to the prestigious Edge Hill University campus in July and August.
The LFC E.L.I.T.E.S Management and Leadership Programme, developed and taught by Liverpool Football Club coaches and London School of Business & Finance management academics, provides a rare insight in to the management skills and strategies Liverpool Football Club employ in the running of their business, and demonstrates through management theory, practical sessions and seminars the transferable skills that sport coaching can bring to any leader in any business.
Attendees of the five-day programme not only participate in a series of innovative football and business management and leadership sessions both on and off the football field, but are also treated to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Anfield Stadium and special guest seminars from successful entrepreneurs and LFC legends such as Ian Rush.
LFC E.L.I.T.E.S ambassador Rush said “The collaboration between Liverpool FC and London School of Business & Finance to develop the E.L.I.T.E.S programme is like nothing I’ve come across before. The programmes are a great opportunity for participants to develop and learn more about business and management through football tactics, practices and philosophies”.
The programmes will run from 29 July to 2 August and 5 – 9 August before moving on to Denmark and Japan later in the year.
