Congleton-based accountancy firm Paul Austen Associates strengthens its position by investing in a cutting-edge new website and has unveiled an innovative service in the form of its own app.

Paul Austen Associates required a platform that would support and inform their clients, providing them with tools to assist in their personal and professional accounting.

The new site is packed with features to simplify tasks and take the headache out of accounting.

The sharp new website features a client area that clients can log in to, accessing their personal documents, all of which requires the client’s personal number to log in to allow the safe, secure and trackable transfer of documents through docSAFE.

It also includes direct links to the HMRC’s bill paying function, a sure-fire way to save time searching for the right form, as well as plenty of information about the services and packages the accountants offer.

Paul Austen Associates continues to go from strength to strength as it launches its new free-to-download smartphone app.

The Paul Austen Associates app, is packed with exclusive content and features that make managing your accounts easier, including accountancy calculators, allowing you to quickly and accurately work out income tax, inflation, mileage, and show increased profit, among other necessary calculations.

It also features up to date tax tables, which will soon replace the tax data cards and contain all client allowances, as well as threshold tax data for reference and includes exclusive services, solutions and advice provided by Paul Austen Associates. Meetings can also be arranged via the app and, it houses a receipt management service, safeguarding against the loss of receipts.

Managing Director Paul Austen said:
