Knight Knox – a leading provider of buy-to-let developments to the private investor market – has launched plans for a luxury Manchester-based residential scheme in partnership with experienced buy-to-let developer X1.
X1 The Plaza, the £32m development will begin construction in January 2016 and will be located in the thriving area of Ancoats and New Islington – just a five-minute walk from the city centre.
Adjacent to the highly successful X1 Eastbank development, which is sold out and in construction, X1 The Plaza will comprise 194 units, with a variety of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in addition to seven three-bedroom townhouses. The scheme is due to be completed in autumn 2017.

The development will be let and managed in its entirety by X1 Lettings, while Forrest Construction will act as contractor for the multi-million pound scheme.
