PH Homes luxury development Greenlands has won Best New Small Housing Development at the regional LABC Building Excellence Awards.

Greenlands is an exclusive development of seven four and five bedroom family homes located within walking distance of Alderley Edge village in Cheshire.

Inspired by the Victorian villas of Alderley Edge, the houses at Greenlands feature impressive two storey bay windows crowned by towering gable pikes. Period detailing including sash-style windows, raking slate roofs and intricate timber details adds to the air of authenticity.

The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence awards celebrate industry-leading housing developments regionally and nationally.

Cheadle-based PH Homes will automatically be entered into the national round of the LABC awards.

Managing Director of PH Homes Philip Hughes said: “This award is testament to the hard work and dedication of the PH Homes team in the design and construction of the Greenlands development.

“I would like to personally thank everyone involved in making the project a success and getting the recognition it deserves.”

PH Homes was founded almost 20 years ago and quickly established a reputation for building luxury traditional and contemporary homes in the UK and Mallorca.

Local Authority Building Control (LABC) represents all local authority building control teams in England and Wales. Their members work cooperatively with building owners, home owners, architects, plan drawers, developers, building contractors and other professionals to ensure buildings are safe, healthy and efficient to meet the standards set by the building regulations.
