To experience a taste of Italy this Valentine’s Day why not pay a visit to The Pasta Factory in Shudehill? The San Valentino menu offers a choice of antipasti including pizza fritta and an octopus and baby tomato salad, followed by olive and tomato ravioli and for dessert you can choose coffee and biscuits and more.
Priced at £35 ahead from 5pm on February 14th, this menu includes a glass of prosecco to add a little bit of sparkle to your evening.
Romance definitely won’t be dead if you spend Valentine’s Day in Tattu’s beautiful rose garden; and you can even enjoy a cocktail in the bar before making your way upstairs for dinner.
At £55 for two people you can experience a menu inspired by the earth, water and fire signs including Aberdeen Angus ribeye, Canadian lobster and pickled chanterelles.
Offering European food, with a particular emphasis on Italian cuisine, Per Tutti Cafe Bar & Grill located just off Deansgate is an ideal spot for Valentine’s Day – especially if you’re spending the evening at the theatre.
You can enjoy a three course menu for £60 per couple with dishes including pan fried scallops, homemade mushroom and black truffle ravioli and warm chocolate pudding with clotted cream.

If you’re looking for something a little more extravagant this Valentine’s Day, why not go for a romantic four course dinner with a glass of bubbly on arrival at James Martin Manchester.
Owned by former BBC’s Saturday Kitchen host James Martin and located inside the Manchester235 casino, you can choose from traditional British dishes, steaks and desserts that represent the Yorkshire host.
For £130 per couple you can enjoy an amazing dinner plus live entertainment in one of the most elegant venues in the city.
Enjoy a luxurious five course meal at Vermilion, a Thai influenced restaurant located near the Etihad Stadium. Visually it’s one of the most spectacular restaurants in Manchester with an impressive dining area which was designed by Miguel Cancio Martins, the same designers behind the famous Buddha Bar in Paris.
You will get an Indian appetizer, starter, lemon sorbet, main course and dessert for £130 per couple and you can choose between dishes such as roast duck, grilled king scallops and strawberry pavlova.
