A busy few months for The Blackmore Group means we have a lot to update with regards to our recent acquisitions, construction and pipeline of projects, here is a summary of the work so far.
Work has now begun on site for our wonderful development on the banks of Alston Reservoir where we are constructing 54 new homes, ranging from affordable housing, to barn conversions and 4 bedroom houses, nearly all with views over the reservoir.

2 weeks into construction and things are starting to take shape in our church conversion in the popular commuter district on the southern fringe of Manchester.
With 9 apartments spread over 3 floors in this unique building that is maintaining many of the original features, we are expecting to begin marketing on this particular scheme from early September.
Otterford Church barns:
The development and restoration of outbuildings on a local parish church grounds is now underway with the ground clearance and final planning conditions being met, we are expecting this site to really start taking shape towards the end of 2017 and early 2018.

A derelict farm in Kent has been acquired and is in the final stages satisfying all planning conditions to begin work to turn this wonderful development opportunity into some stunning homes in the South East of England. More information on this site will be released upon further works completing.
