Fast growing care home operator, New Care, has appointed Hayley Bebbington, from Warrington, as registered manager for its soon-to-open care home, Grosvenor Manor in Chester.
In her new role, Hayley takes responsibility for the new state-of-the-art 81-bed care facility on Heath Lane, its residents and 100-strong employee team. She will work consistently to ensure the home provides the very best quality of care for every individual, and that each day is filled with love and laughter for residents.
She is also tasked with ensuring the home complies with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and will oversee ongoing training and development to ensure the staff team meets New Care’s exacting standards.
In addition to many years industry experience, Hayley is also no stranger to New Care. She was most recently home manager for another of the operator’s high end care facilities, Ashlands Manor in Sale, Greater Manchester. At Ashlands Manor, she established a great reputation for clinical excellence and forged strong relationships with residents, their families and friends and the home’s 80 plus employees.
Prior to joining New Care, Hayley was a divisional clinical lead nurse, responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of care and nursing across a portfolio of more than 60 homes. She continues to be passionate about delivering only the highest standards of care.
Hayley commented: “I am delighted to be appointed home manager for Grosvenor Manor and look forward to working with my team to establish the home as one of the best in Chester with a reputation for outstanding provision in care for the elderly and a happy environment that offers peace of mind and the personal touch for loved ones and family members.”
CEO at New Care, Chris McGoff, added: “With build complete at Heath Lane and the interior design and finishing touches underway, we will soon be ready to welcome residents to our impressive new care facility in Chester and it’s good to know that Hayley will be there from the outset to lead the team, ensuring the highest standards and creating a warm, welcoming and safe environment for all those in her care.”
Age 48, Hayley is a qualified nurse. She is married with two grown-up children. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.
