The Role:

We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Business Development Manager with experience working within a digital environment. We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven individual who will generate new business for the agency to add to our on-going success.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have experience working within a digital environment
  • Will have a proven track record in closing sales
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Manchester-based and willing to travel
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess real drive and initiative
  • Be target-driven
  • Have a highly organised, pro-active and systematic approach to work

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying potential new business opportunities for the company
  • Attending all pre-booked company appointments and self-generating new clients
  • Proposing integrated online strategies and introducing new clients across both B2B and B2C sectors to the company
  • Hitting sales targets as set by the Sales Director
  • Establishing excellent client relationships


£18k + commission
OTE of 40k+ (Uncapped)
