Leadtrigger is a cloud-based CRM system that allows companies to categories their leads, streamlining sales processes and increasing revenue.

To support our growing team, we are seeking a Customer Assist to liaises with clients and ensure they are making the most of the software.

Experience within a customer-focused support team is desired, along with a desire to learn new skills.



  • To ensure client communication is maintained
  • Handle communication between internal teams
  • Take client feedback into account and schedule work accordingly
  • Up sell clients where appropriate


15 – 20k dependant on experience.
